Time for a changeThe time has come for a change in the running of this web site. Richard Huss has now stepped down as the Railway's webmaster, due to family and other commitments. The new Webmaster is Tony Sharpe, who was appointed by the Railway's Council on Saturday 9th December. Twelve years is a long time to be doing the same job, and I suspect twelve years running the same web site is a bit unusual. I certainly didn't think I'd still be running the site now when I set it up in early December 1994, at which point it was (as far as I can tell) the first web site for a UK heritage railway. Thank you to our readers for your support over the years, and to all those who have contributed news, photographs, corrections, and more. Over to you, Tony! |
