This is an 0-4-0 vertical boilered tank engine built in 1877 by de Winton & Co. of Caernarfon for the huge Penrhyn Slate Quarry at Bethesda. Acquired in 1955, after a long working life, this engine, like most of the others in the museum is in the condition in which it finished work. George Henry's main technical details are:
