Appointment of Directors
At its meeting on 23 October 2004 the Council of the Talyllyn Railway Preservation Society appointed Messrs. P R Guest, D J Mitchell and C K Theobald as Directors of Talyllyn Holdings Ltd who will be nominated as Directors of the Talyllyn Railway Company, Mr C K Theobald as Chairman of the Directors and Mr J A V Smallwood as a further Director.
Appointment of Assistant Accountant
Council appointed Mr Garry Mumford as Assistant Accountant to Talyllyn Holdings Ltd and the Talyllyn Railway Company. Should the 2005 AGM elect Mr Mumford as Hon Treasurer to the TRPS, it is envisaged that he will be appointed Accountant to Talyllyn Holdings Ltd and the Talyllyn Railway Company in October 2005 and Colin Roobottom as Assistant Accountant to facilitate a smooth transition.
