Llechfan Bookings Policy

To stay in Llechfan a person must be either: A member of the TRPS, a working volunteer or a member of an invited group.
Members of the TRPS who are volunteering should always have priority in booking into the hostel.
At times when the hostel is over-subscribed, residents will be encouraged to volunteer on the railway for part of their stay.
No person under the age of sixteen may stay in Llechfan unless accompanied by a named responsible adult.
All residents under the age of eighteen must supply a parental permission form before their stay.
Stays of up to seven days or less should be paid for up front when booking or (if this is not possible) immediately on arrival. Stays of longer than seven days should be paid for in instalments as decided by the warden.
If a residents departs failing to pay, future stays will be dependent on settling previous debts first.
The final decision rests with the Llechfan Warden.
