The annual Drivers' Meeting took place on 21st. November, 1999; of 19 drivers and 9 passed firemen who had driven steam-hauled passenger trains during 1999, 24 were present (accounting for more than 90% of trips) and others had submitted written comments. The meeting commenced at about 0940 and closed at 1520 with breaks for coffee in the morning and lunch (one hour) at midday.

Driver Training
Driver training will follow the same form as in 1999. The following are to be allowed to book an extra week's firing and drivers are to be encouraged to give them training.
