International Women’s Day

We would like to invite you to join us at the Talyllyn Railway to celebrate International Women’s Day 2026!
The day begins at Tywyn Wharf Station with a special train ride, featuring an all-woman train crew, which will take you up to Abergynolwyn Station.
Here you will be able to meet some of our amazing Talyllyn Women volunteers, watch demonstrations and learn about all about some of their amazing skillsets – from hedge laying to signwriting!
We look forward to celebrating this special day with you.
